Who we are

paperpipe (https://paperpipe.amaryx.com) is run by Yannick Meeus (Amaryx), Alihaka 2 D, 02620 Espoo, Finland. Contact: hello@amaryx.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

The service

paperpipe is an API and MCP server that merges, splits, reorders, compresses and converts PDFs, and turns images and office documents into PDFs. The free and paid plans and their limits are the ones shown on our pricing page.

Your account

You need to be at least 16. Use an email address you control and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use paperpipe to break the law, send spam, harm other people, overload or attack the service or anyone else's systems, or get around plan limits.

Paid plans

Your content

What you put into paperpipe stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep paperpipe running and safe but cannot promise it will never be down or have bugs. We may change or remove features. If a change makes a paid plan meaningfully worse, or if we shut paperpipe down, we tell you at least 30 days ahead, and you can download your data before then.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time, which also ends any paid plan. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where we can, we warn you first.

Liability

As far as the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and it does not affect your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

Finnish law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Finland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law and the courts of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
